"Empathetic and reassuring service"

About: Western Health & Social Care Trust / Community Midwifery Services

(as a service user),

I called the midwives this morning worried about lack of movement at 22 weeks. I spoke to Claire on the phone and she was so empathetic and rang me back with an appointment. At my appointment she was so kind and really made me feel like she cared about my welfare- she also allowed me to get a scan for further reassurance. Catherine scanned me and was really detailed and checked my baby was moving- she also give me advice about movements in the future.

I am so grateful for the care and reassurance I got this morning.
