"My recent stay in barnsley hospital"

After attending the accident and emergency dept, I went to the scanning department, the lady there was so kind I was in a lot of pain at the time and I really appreciated how kind she was. I was taken to ward 36 and the first person we encounted was Mathew the catering assistant who was so kind to both me and my husband. He made us both a lovely cup of tea. The doctors and surgeons were very good and made me aware of what was wrong with me and the plan for my care. All the staff were lovely the nurses and health care assistants were so kind. The physio was wonderful Tom came every day to see me and the domestics were chatty and kind. The person who stood out most was Mathew the catering assistant, he was always chatty so willing to help in any way at all. He looked after me so well and also my husband too. He deserves a medal for all he does
