"Glasgow Royal Infirmary- ward 66"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / General Surgery (wards 63, 64, 65, 66,& 67)

(as the patient),

Staff were extremely attentive and kind. Claire was always sure to let me know which medications I was being given. I felt comfortable asking her any questions I had and she always made sure I had everything I needed. Claire and the other staff on the ward were extremely compassionate even during busy times on the ward and I felt genuinely cared for during my stay in hospital.

Dear virgo98

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such lovely feedback in regards to your experience of attending the General Surgery Department of the Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

It was wonderful to hear you felt comfortable discussing your care needs with Claire and the team this must have been a massive relief.

It was very encouraging to hear how the staff took the time to explain your medication needs and showed a compassionate and caring attitude throughout.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to the staff who I'm sure will be delighted to hear you had such a pleasant experience.

Kind regards

Kevin
