"Excellent care for my grandfather"

About: Older people's healthcare / Stroke Unit Ward 40

(as a relative),

From the moment my grandfather was admitted to Ward 40 he was treated with the upmost care and respect. The initial few days were very daunting for us as a family as our grandfather remained extremely unwell. The staff were so kind to us and helped explain everything without the medical jargon. A special thanks to Dr Kevin who took the time to explain everything in detail. From Dr Healy his consultant, to medical staff, nursing and HCA staff, domestic and catering staff you all are a credit to your jobs. You all were very accommodating to my grandfather and us as a family. A heartfelt thanks for all your care.
