What I liked
I went to the Whittington for a daycase procedure. I felt terribly well looked after by everyone, reassured about the procedure by the doctor and nursing staff; the surgery itself was efficient and caring and I was informed throughout the whole time.
The environment was very comfortable and very secure.
What could be improved
There was some waiting for the procedure itself but it is a busy unit.

Thank you so much for letting us know how your procedure went. We have recently opened a new state of the art day treatment centre which should have reduced the waiting time for procedures.
