"They do not answer the phone in General Surgery"

About: Ealing Hospital

I keep getting told i need a test and then told i will be sent an appoint. No appoint comes for the test but i get another to see the general surgery doctor and the cycle repeats itself. Now i cannot even get through to the general surgery phone line to tell them that this is the third time this will happen again. I have been calling most days for the last 2 months and not one person has answered the phone!!!. Utterly ridiculous and what a waste of NHS money
