Long phone queues minimum half an hour waiting time.
They have absolutely no time for you, they are rude and do not seem to care about you. it is like this over 10 years.
They lost my file, I filled online form as requested they never call back.
Dreadful service from the admin/reception team. Doctors are 3 star
