"Not safe in ward"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Adult mental health (Wards 2,3)

(as a service user),

There were unsanitary conditions urine all over communal toilet. No nurses available when suicidal, so I had to phone breathing space instead. That's right. I had to phone breathing space in a mental health ward, totally wrong. Didn't get a multi disciplinary team meeting for 4 weeks after I arrived, should of happened first few days.

Hello greenth39

I am truly sorry about your experience as an inpatient in our wards, this is not the standard of care we would want to deliver.

I wonder if you could contact me to understand what has happened in this case.

I can be contacted on 01786 454760, I can make arrangements to call you back.

Kind regards

Anne
