About: Falmouth Community Hospital / Ophthalmology Probus Surgery

(as a service user),

I attended the health center of Falmouth at the cateract assessment team, expecting, foolishly that my op was going ahead there having been referred there by Probus surgery who were unable to do the procedure there due to possible complications. Perhaps it would have been clearer if the letter of referral and subsequent appointed had made it clear that this was assessment only. I am now waiting again for the appointment to have the op done. My fault for not reading the letter properly!

However - all the staff at Falmouth cateract assessment team were excellent - proficient, friendly and helpful.
