(as a carer),

I have been trying to phone the Craig mri department all morning and getting no answer.  The letter says to phone immediately for anything.

It mentions on the letter they’ve lost 500 hours due to missed appointments. I’m not surprised as you can never get through to them. They don’t even respond to voicemails left.  I suggest they get more phones or staff.

Dear caringpw99

I am very sorry you have not been able to get through on the phone to the Craig MRI Scanner. I know the admin team have been hit by staff sickness this week and not all reception areas have been covered, Can you email me your details and I will get someone from MRI to call you back today.
