Braesview Medical Practice this week. Health issue reported, test administered same day. Result available next day. Responsive, efficient, caring, professional forward thinking practice. What an improvement since 2007/2008.

On each of these occasions I experienced a health and care service which was efficient from start to finish, i.e. the process from appointment issued through to administering the care; professional; friendly; caring; efficient; thorough; supportive; in a hygienic environment with the right health and safety precautions in place i.e. multiple hand gel facilities, toilets, chairs and waiting areas, water etc.
I felt well looked after by a patient-centred NHS service. Commending all staff with whom I came into contact and all those behind the scenes who facilitated all processes.
