"Community Nursing care for my husband"

About: Community Nursing Services / Nottingham West Community Nursing

(as a service user),

My husband has received care from this team for several years for leg ulcers and several other connected conditions.

The service has always been excellent - the team are professional and very friendly often in quite difficult conditions.

Lately as by husband has become poorly with heart failure and dementia their care had continued and extended to myself as his carer.

We also have contact with the excellent Community Matron for Beeston and a District Nurse who 'looks after' carers.

We would be truly lost without this wonderful team.
