About: Change Grow Live Cambridgeshire

(as a service user),

I have been attending CGL now for two and a half years.

I have felt very supported during my time coming here. The staff are very knowledgeable through their own personal experiences on providing the tools to support you on your journey to recovery.

It has not been an easy ride but the care and compassion I have from everyone here at CGL has most definitely helped me still be here today.

Thank you for your message. Recognising recovery is hard really makes you value it more. Keep getting the support you need by coming along to CGL and also accessing what you need in the community.
