"Two amazing Nursing Sisters"

About: City Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I got brought on blue lights into resus to having an anaphylaxis. I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity, few hours I get stepped down as I was bit better but then deteriorated few hours later and was brought back to resus.

Whilst I was in resus what stood out for the most was Gemma and Leanne who I believe are nursing sisters who were working in the resus department , I was very very scared and these two amazing ladies made sure I was OK, telling me everything was going to be OK and held my hand. I thought that was the most amazing thing anyone has ever done for me.

I understand how much pressure the NHS is currently under, but these two ladies definitely deserve a lot more credit for what they do, they kept regular checking on, and got me a comfy bed to sleep as I had been there a few hours. They couldn't do any more for me then they already had been.

The NHS should be proud of these two ladies, we need more people like these amazing ladies we really. Nothing was too much, they really are a credit to the NHS, and I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart, you're my heroes.
