(as a service user),

I visited the nurse today at Earlston HC for my routine smear test and she was a lovely human being. 

Not only did she make me feel welcome and at ease from the second she introduced herself, she took time to inform me of the most up to date information on the screening test and answered all my questions. The appointment didn’t feel like  I was there just for a smear test but that she was was interested in my general well being.

Thank you for doing a wonderful job and having amazing verbal and non verbal communication skills.
