"Outstanding level of care at dermatology"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Dermatology

(as a service user),

I went in to have biopsies performed on a couple of potential cancerous skin blemishes.

The level of care I received from Julie, Clarinda and Jane was outstanding.

They were not only professional in exercising their duties, but the kindness, diligence and sense of humour exhibited made an uncomfortable procedure much less of an ordeal.

They clearly love their jobs, are skilled at their role and care deeply about their patients; incredible assets to the NHS.
