About: Leicester General Hospital

I had an afternoon appointment today 29.09.2022, at the mobile unit (accessed next to car park 2.)

The unit is modern,

clean and purpose built.

Staff were superb throughout, from the nurse taking details and blood pressure etc, to the ones carrying out the procedure and with aftercare.. I was fully involved with every step and care was taken to end sure my full understanding. I was always treated courteously and with respect and good humour. An endoscopy is not the most pleasant of experiences but the staff did everything they possibly could to make things easier. They were professional kind and caring. They are a credit to the LGH Unit. Thank you.
