Thank you so much for giving us this response. As always it is so welcome and encouraging, lifts everyone's hearts. Life is pretty busy, we do try hard to make your experiences as good as possible in what are often very stressful situation for you, the patients, and we know we don't always manage but it is never our intent. We are so glad that things are working for you. And thank you again.
