"Visit to Minor Injures Unit"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Emergency Medicine

(as the patient),

Called NHS 24 on a weekend, fabulous staff and didn’t have to wait long. Was allocated an appointment in ARI Minor Injuries Unit. Arrived in plenty time prepared for a long wait. Was seen exactly on time and the nurse - trainee nurse practitioner was brilliant! She clearly loves her job. The lady at x-ray was equally lovely. All done and out in 20 minutes. I cannot thank the fab staff enough- i think they had had a long day but were utterly professional and a real credit to the NHS. I am sorry I cannot remember their names but i hope they can see this . From the Music Teacher

Dear camelopardalisng54,

Many thanks for taking the time to write in about your experience in minor injuries and for your lovely comments. I will ensure this is shared with the team and know how much it will mean to them.

I hope you are recovering well.

Take care

Julie
