Thank you to Nottingham Ambulance Service for the care given to me when you transferred me from Pilgrim Hospital Boston to the spinal Unit at Nottingham Hospital. Also, when you brought me home a few weeks ago.

I cannot say the same for my dealings with Lincolnshire Ambulance Service on three occasions,, unfortunately. I hope to never need Lincolnshire Ambulance Service again.

Once again, Nottingham, thank you.

We do hope you are feeling much better now and we are delighted to hear that our ambulance crews were able to help you in what must have been a scary time for you. We are very proud of our ambulance crews.

We are sorry that you found the service in Lincolnshire not as satisfactory - our Trust do cover both Nottingham and Lincolnshire regions and so if you would like to provide more information to us via the contacts above, we shall look into why, in Lincolnshire, you havent felt so happy with the service provided.
