About: East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Patient transport service

Thank you to Nottingham Ambulance Service for the care given to me when you transferred me from Pilgrim Hospital Boston to the spinal Unit at Nottingham Hospital. Also, when you brought me home a few weeks ago.

I cannot say the same for my dealings with Lincolnshire Ambulance Service on three occasions,, unfortunately. I hope to never need Lincolnshire Ambulance Service again.

Once again, Nottingham, thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your kind words with us regarding our service in Nottingham. We do hope you are feeling much better now and we are delighted to hear that our ambulance crews were able to help you in what must have been a scary time for you. We are very proud of our ambulance crews.

If you are able to, we would appreciate you sharing your comments with our Patient Experience team, with as much detail as you can (e.g. date, time and location), so that they might identify the crew who cared for you and share your words with them. We are sorry that you found the service in Lincolnshire not as satisfactory - our Trust do cover both Nottingham and Lincolnshire regions and so if you would like to provide more information to us via the contacts above, we shall look into why, in Lincolnshire, you havent felt so happy with the service provided. We are always keen to receive feedback and establish any learning elements for our Trust to improve on.
