"Always problem with everything "

About: Warwick Road Surgery

I try to order prescriptions for my partner really important medication. I see reception staff at 8:50 am 20/09/2022 and I give letter from hospital for tablets and I was told tablets will be ready to pick up the same day but didn't. We try pick up tablets next day but still not there.This is really important medication for stop bleeding but we can't get them on time.This is not first time because we try get them tablets last Friday but in reception told me they can't give me prescriptions because doctor have some training??????
