"Compassionate support at Childrens A&E"

About: Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital / Accident & Emergency (Emergency Care)

(as a parent/guardian),

We had to take our 2 year old daughter to A&E in the early hours of this morning after she developed breathing difficulties, and just wanted to say how positive our experience was. The staff were really responsive, thorough and great with our daughter. Emergency hospital visits will always induce a bit of panic but the staff were so reassuring. Thank you NHS

Thank you, A local mum for such lovely feedback. Sounds like a scary situation and I hope your daughter is now doing ok. Its great to hear that staff gave such good care and support and I will of course share your feedback with staff in A&E. Thanks again.
