"Forest Ward: The staff were very friendly an nothing was too much trouble"

(as the patient),

My pain killing medication was deserved instead of being measured. When brought to the attention of staff it was soon rectified.

The staff were very friendly an nothing was too much trouble for them to do.

I thought the Breakfast Group was a very good idea, it got you into the habit of how to make breakfast yourself.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback how your care was delivered during your time on Forest ward. I am glad that the team were able to meet your needs and rectify any issues you did have.

The breakfast group is a key part of rehabilitation and the team work hard to ensure all patients participate and improve ready for going home so I am glad that you felt it was so useful for you.

It is always lovely to hear when the staff have made such a positive impact on our patients and I will be certain to ensure that the team on Forest ward see your lovely comments.
