"Cheerful and chatty"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

This morning I ended up at Emergency Care l at West Cornwall Hospital and I was treated initially by Jack and then by Edward.What a wonderful advertisement for the NHS.Although they were about to start a 12 hour shift they were cheerful and chatty whilst remaining professional, skillful and reassuring at all times.Over the last 18 months I have made numerous calls on the NHS and my treatment has been always of the highest standard, but these two nurses stand out as stars

I am so glad to see that you received such great care from Jack and Edward as they were professional, skilful and reassuring during your visit.
