I called 999 when I was experiencing a severe allergic reaction. The paramedics were amazing and reassuring. They treated me in the ambulance and then took me to Hereford hospital where I received fast medical treatment. I was treated with dignity and respect throughput. Thank you so much everyone in the A&E department.
