We are sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction when contacting the surgery recently and would welcome a meeting to discuss these further. Managing the appointment system is a constant challenge and you will appreciate that it is difficult to design a system that equitably satisfies all requests. Please rest assured we are providing face to face appointments and have been doing so throughout the pandemic. We do acknowledge that our telephone and appointment systems are not perfect, however we are working very hard on improving these for our patients and are continually monitoring them to ensure they are as good as we can make them.
