"Awful service "

About: Vale Medical Centre

Has never recommend since covid . . . You simply cannot get through to a person. It starts "you are caller 11" and eventually the line rings and rings and eventually goes dead. I wonder if there is anyone there at all. They don't even answer your questions by email. Patients are being treated Terribly with service like this.

Dear patient, that you for your review. While I understand your frustration, please note that we are doing everything we can to see as many patients as possible. At the moment we are extremely busy, with very high demand well above the usual level for this time of year.
