(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My wife and I would like to pass on a heartfelt thanks to all the team members that helped my husband and I, I can't thank you enough! Especially Mo, who explained everything clearly.

I am the consultant for the Mid Hampshire Urgent Community Response service. Looking after individuals at home instead of hospital when it is safe to do so.
