"Appointment system"

About: The Lawson Practice

(as a service user),

The Practice has changed its booking of appointments, but actually it’s great. You can call or fill in a form online and you get a phone call from a doctor within 2 days. 

Today I had called about a cough I had had for 4 to 6 weeks. Admittedly I wasn’t really unwell but was worried as I am a smoker .

My own GP called me today and saw me. She was reassuring and has ordered a cxr for me which I then had at  the local hospital

Great service . Thanks to the Lawson's staff, who are always soo friendly despite how busy the practice is, and to Dr Rauf for seeing me today.

Thanks, great to have this feedback. We changed the system a few weeks ago because things were getting so stressful for patients having to call repeatedly. Now you only have to call once and you will be contacted once the doctor has looked at your concern or query. Hopefully this is making things better for everyone. Again, your feedback is much valued and appreciated.
