About: The Lawson Practice

I did a review in July 2022 I was advice to spk to the duty manager so I rang for an appt the manager was away it was the deputy manager who answer the phone I explain my reason for calling and book an appt to see him but when I turn up for my appt no one seem to know I was coming the receptionist went to the room at the back of her then came back to me and said he will be with me then the duty manager came out and she the deputy manager is not in she took me to a room I explain my issues she told me she will look into it and get back to me she never did this was July we are in September never heard from her which did not surprise me very disappointed
