"Excellent care from the Surgical Triage Unit"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / General surgery

(as a service user),

I was referred to C32 surgical triage from my GP with an upper back infected cyst and want to thank all of the staff so very much for their kindness and professionalism.

In spite of the Unit being extremely busy, the reception  and nursing staff dealt with us all as quickly as they could. Every member of staff was polite and the Unit was clean and welcoming. The cyst was treated by Dr Tolat, who was excellent and clearly explained every stage of the procedure.

I just wanted to let you know that you are doing an excellent job and you are very much appreciated. We are so very lucky to have our wonderful NHS.
