"Positive experience"

About: Woodend Hospital / Ear, nose, throat, head & neck surgery outpatients

(as the patient),

I attended an appointment at the ENT department at Woodend Hospital in Aberdeen at the start of September and left feeling reassured and very grateful to the wonderful Doctor, nurse and all the other staff I encountered on my visit.

COVID procedures were adhered to and I felt it was a very safe and risk free environment.

Before and throughout my procedure the doctor explained what was happening and made me feel at ease.

Although I had been very nervous about attending my appointment, I came away with feeling it had been a positive experience
