"Brilliant care in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Emergency Medicine Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Orthopaedics Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital / Accident & Emergency (Emergency Care) Scottish Air Ambulance

(as a relative),

My daughter and grandson, following a road traffic accident earlier this year, were treated at ARI. The care received from paramedics including Air Ambulance,  ED staff, theatre staff, staff in ward 213/4 and the staff in ARI sick kids was outstanding. This includes every member of staff we came across including canteen staff, porters, chaplaincy indeed everyone we encountered were caring, compassionate and so helpful. Our grateful thanks go to all staff involved in their care.

Dear Grateful from Glasgow

Thank you for your kind words about the Scottish Ambulance crew that attended your family earlier this year.

It is always lovely to receive good feedback and I hope your daughter and grandson are better now.

If you would like me to pass on your thanks to the crews and have them commended could I ask that you contact our Patient Experience Team at sas.feedback@nhs.scot with your name, Care Opinion username, your daughter and Grandson's name, the date and approximate address where we attended.

Kindest regards
