"They were quick to phone me back"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Fracture Clinic

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I rang the fracture clinic in the morning after I hurt my hand whilst working, they were quick to phone me back and told me to come over for an x-ray. I'm currently waiting for the results

The staff in this clinic have been lovely, and they have been very helpful, they offered me an appointment very quickly. The layout of the place is also really good-there's lots of room in the waiting area.
