(as the patient),

I was diagnosed with Ménière’s disease and referred to the hearing department at RCHT where I was diagnosed with high frequency hearing loss and also tinnitus. I was referred for hearing aids and the team in the audiology department were fab. Liz explained everything so well and it really helped me understand my hearing loss and menieres and I was given lots of learning to read up on which also helped my knowledge. I had the aids fitted and a follow up appointment 2 weeks after, the process was very smooth and I’m really happy with my hearing aids and the support and help of the audiology team.
