Anything else?
I visited James Cook twice, firstly the A&E dept and then for surgery the following week. The care I received from the consultants, anaesthetist, and nursing team was outstanding and the outcome of the surgery was excellent. The nursing staff and physiotherapists on ward 36 were (with one possible exception) very professional, caring and compassionate to all the patients. They took time to listen and ensure the best possible treatment for those in their care day and night. The ward and its facilities were kept clean, tidy and comfortable at all times.
