Had first experience with CGL at Inspiration house after I put myself forward for help in getting off co-codamol. I feel it was very beneficial.

If it was not for Celina talking on the phone for 1/2 hour I would not have gone to CGL. It was down to her kindness and caring and explaining everything to me that made the difference in me coming or not, plus she listened and answered any questions I had, and I had loads.

I felt listened to by Steve at my assessment, he really did care. Also met Celina who was extremely nice we chatted for a bit. I feel they will really help me. Time will tell. I am so scared of withdrawal and am looking forward to seeing the doctor .
It was hard putting myself forward but its all I have left.
My trust is with them 100%.

Thank you Wiggy29 for your feedback. You have made the first step and can you imagine if you didn't receive the response like you described. You may have not turned up and not started your journey. This is what is important that first impression is so important. I would really encourage you to throw yourself into engaging and connecting with the service and Im sure you will get what you need from it.
