(as the patient),

Rang to make an appointment, was called back by a junior doctor, discussed everything, arranged an appointment with the junior doctor. Clinic ran on time, doctor was fantastic, open, honest, concerned and listened to me. Examined me with another colleague in room as we are opposite sexes. Got another doctor in room for second opinion. All were superb and such a credit to their profession and the NHS. Absolutely fabulous service. Tested for everything as standard too. The female junior doctor who dealt with me has a great future in healthcare.

I am the Operational Service Manager for the sexual health services across Stoke, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Telford. I support the wider teams to ensure our services are of a high quality and accessible for our service users.
