I didn't actually see the Doctor who had promised to see me during my phone appointment. They had said that should they not be able to see me they would reschedule the appointment.
This didn't happen, I was very disappointed especially as the examination was very uncomfortable.
It also left me very uncomfortable and passing blood spots for several days, I am not due any follow-up or further appointment with anyone.
NB I'm an elderly lady. Yet again, despite their reassurances during my phone appointment; the appointment I received was unsatisfactory, the whole reason they promised to be at my appointment.
