"Effective and efficient nursing care"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as the patient),

I went to Vic minors injuries for my hand worried it might be broken.

Stuart saw me and sent me for an x ray. On result of the x ray my finger wasn't broken which is great news for me.

Stuart was kind and compassionate. Showed me my x ray and clearly discussed what I should do once home.

It was 1.5 hours from entering to leaving. At a time where the NHS is getting such backlash, Stuart showed why the NHS is so important.

Thanks to him and his care.

Hope his managers appreciate him and the others within the minor injuries unit.

Dear 100x

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to your experience of using the Minor Injuries Unit of the New Victoria Hospital.

I was glad to hear you had such a positive experience while visiting the hospital for your injury to your hand.

It was nice to hear how Stuart took the time to listen and explain the process and what to do when you returned home to treat it.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to Stuart and the team who I'm sure will be delighted to hear your kind words.

I hope your feeling a lot better.

Kind regards

Kevin
