I have been with the arch medical practice for almost 19 years now. although my previous gp retired, however of recent the gp who attended to me offered great service. he was approachable and explained in detail of what he was going to do.
He went all out of his way that I got the appointments, I needed as my health situation had been lingering on for almost 2years, due to covid-19.
as a health profession myself, I was grateful that I finally could book appointments on my day off, as it is extremely had with my busy life.
The receptionist, were also approachable.
The practice is more welcoming.
