"Stay at University Hospital Wishaw Ward 14"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I feel that the cleanliness of Hospital is 5/5. Also the speed of arranging various tests was great.

I feel that you should tell patients  more information about changes in any monitoring of vital states. Like in my case went to 12 hours and no one told me, also no one advised me of changes to meds and no explanation given by doctors or nurses until I asked directly. As no explanation was given, I thought my request for pain killers was being  ignored.
