(as the patient),

I suffer with anxiety when it comes to GP apps/procedures etc, but Dr Rauf put me straight at ease! She was friendly throughout my visit and offered very much a service with a smile which instantly put my anxiety at ease! Thank you!

Thank you for letting us know. We are glad that she was able to put you at ease. So many people find it hard coming to see the doctor and get anxious. It is important for all of the staff to remember this so that we can all help in the way you describe Dr Rauf helping. Good to remind us. Thank you again.
