"Whole experience from start to finish was brilliant"

(as a service user),

Today I had an appointment with the ENT Department, I was on time and the staff who signed me in were friendly which was delightful. I wasn't waiting long before a kind nurse came to take my height and weight on their machines. After having my height measured and my weight taken I was shown to another waiting area and before long I was called into my appointment. I felt reassured and listened to in my appointment and my whole experience from start to finish was brilliant.

I am pleased to see that the staff and nurse you encountered were friendly and kind. I am also glad to see that you didn’t have a long wait between each step of your appointment and that you left feeling reassured, listened to after such a positive experience.
