"A visit to the GP Practice Nurse"

(as a service user),

I attended my medical practice, and was seen by the the Practice Nurse for a smear test today. I hadn’t been for a smear for some time as I was nervous about it. 

The Practice Nurse, Elaine, was fantastic. She put me completely at ease. She was lovely, had such a nice manner and was very professional.

I just wanted to feedback to the GP practice about Elaine and what a fabulous asset she is to the service.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and providing feedback. Many people can get anxious when attending for health checks which are so important for our continued wellbeing so I'm really pleased you attended for your smear even though you were anxious.
