"Everyone I came in contact with were professional and caring"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

Attended emergency department in early September after falling and hurting my wrist.  It was obviously very busy but I was triaged within 90 minutes.    Nurse Zara was amazing, got me pain relief immediately and sorted me with X ray.

I was seen by radiographer very quickly who was outstanding.   Sadly didn’t get her name but will never forget her kindness and empathy.

After about an hour was assessed by Dr Adam.  He reset my fractured wrist and was excellent, assisted by two nurses.   Another X-ray with yet another very pleasant radiographer and I was good to go

The hospital was so busy, but everyone I came in contact with were professional and caring.   Difficult when dealing with all the challenges thrown at them.

Sincere thanks
