"Friendly and reassuring staff"

I phoned my local surgery after being ill with food I could not digest. I thought I was particularly anemic but was more worried about how my body was reacting to the rush of illness. They said I needed to go to A & E for an emergency blood test and assessment.

At A & E the staff were friendly and reassuring. They worked efficiently to carry out the relevant tests and were courteous and prepared to explain at each stage. I was there a long time but a great deal was done to find out what was happening with time needed for each test result. I would like to thank everyone concerned, and have every respect for the job they do.
