After 1 hour of waiting on the phone they give me phone appointment with out asking me if i won't it I was in real need to see the GP face to face I was in really situation I couldn't even move if someone is seek he need to see the doctor face to face not to chat with him on the phone he need to see you touch you examine you that wat someone seek need not to chat

We are sorry to read that you did not have a positive experience of our service. We are working to improve access to appointments.

When contacting the practice for an appointment patients are now offered the choice of a face to face or a telephone consultation with the clinician.
