About: Woodend Hospital / Ear, nose, throat, head & neck surgery outpatients

(as the patient),

I had an appointment at ENT at Woodened Hospital with Dr Rao in Aberdeen today. The doctor and nurse made me feel at ease and explained everything clearly and repeated the diagnosis when asked. I feel a lot more confident following this, thanks again!
