(as a service user),

Telephoned, offered an appointment - treated with respect talked through procedure and made comfortable. The hospital noted I am difficult to cannulate so an anaesthetist was called to complete this part - excellent beside manner made me feel at ease cannulated first time - all members of staff were excellent well done Pilgrim Hospital xxx
